• Articles with all tags and labels intact can be exchanged & claimed within 14 days of purchase.
• Goods cannot be exchanged without the original invoice sent in the parcel.
• No exchange of articles purchased during sale & promotions.
• Products purchased from our retail and online shop can be exchanged from any ULTRACLUB retail outlet.
• Due to hygiene issues, accessories and undergarments will not be exchanged.
• Alteration is charged on sale/promotion items.
• Customer must collect the item within 15 days.
• Company will not be liable for the product after this period.
